Join us along with other students, faculty, staff, and external organizations on Thursday, October 28th at 12PM in Merten Lawn to stand in solidarity and demand a responsible contractor policy for our custodians. Last year, our custodial staff reported wage theft, labor exploitation, deprivation of personal protective equipment, unlawful surveillance, and threats of being fired and reported to ICE. As they transition over to a new contractor, join us in demanding a fair working environment for the people who keep our campus safe for us to live and learn in. There will be a space for students to make signs on Wednesday, October 27th at 3PM, location TBA.
